Many catering equipment suppliers try to sell what goes through the door rather than focusing on the customer and installing catering equipment that perfectly fits the cooking requirements of the kitchen. Because we make all of our induction stoves to order, in our own factory in Kent, we are in a position to tweak a design to enable us to make the stove in a few sections and finish the build on site, often in just a few hours. This allows the catering equipment to perfectly fit the chef, his menu and what he is trying to achieve, rather than suiting the door size. Link to stoves in kit form
