Our collection of professional induction pans have been manufactured to be durable and long-lasting. These pans are specifically designed to be compatible for use with induction hobs and provide even heat distribution that will speed up cooking times. Induction hobs work well with pans with a high ferrous metal content at the point where the base is in contact with the induction hob cooking surface.
