JOCKEY CLUB SUITE
The compact, highly functional, energy efficient ‘Jockey Club’ allows up to two chefs to work side by side for high output consistent results.
With over 90% of the power used generating heat in the pan itself, rather than the hob surface, this is the most energy efficient pan cooking technology available.
The French Plancha has a very thick cooking plate with a complex internal structure of shape and materials which hold the heat in the main cooking zone. Most of the energy input into the plancha is not lost in the form of radiation but is retained in the plate and available for cooking.
The optional Blue Seal E31D4 fan assisted convection oven is thermostatically controlled with a digital temperature display. To ensure reliability, the cooker is fitted with a ducted cooling system ensuring that heat and steam from the oven cannot reach the induction hobs.
This suite is available in both standard and splitable units, meaning it can be installed into many difficult & restricted access locations.
