This island suite was installed in March 2024 for the Carbis Bay Beach Club. It contains:

  • 2 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
  • 1 x 15kW twin pan fryer
  • 1 x 7.1kW pasta cooker
  • 2 x Single refrigerated drawer
  • 1 x Chargrill
