Commissioned by Greens Commercial Kitchens, this bespoke installation was completed for Frog by Adam Handling, the acclaimed Covent Garden restaurant renowned for its innovative approach to modern British dining. The project featured multiple bespoke induction cooking suites, in their main and basement kitchens, designed to maximise efficiency, flexibility and cooking performance within a demanding professional kitchen environment.
