This peninsular suite was installed in June 2024 for Mona's Restaurant in London, customised with plywood on the front and side as per the customer specific request. It contains:

  • 10 x 1.8kW medium-duty induction hobs
  • 1 x Double French Planchas 
  • 2 x Single fridge drawers
  • 1 x Hatco refrigerated well
  • 1 x GN storage shelves
