This wall suite was installed in August 2018 for Pinion Bistro in Prescott. It contains:
- 2 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-tops, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
- 1 x Single French Plancha
- 1 x 15kW twin pan fryer
- 1 x Salamander - CI-SAL01
