This complete kitchen refit was installed in October 2023 as part of their café expansion project. This included tabling, wall shelves and a large island cooking suite. The suite contains:
- 10kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
- 6 x 5kW heavy-duty induction hobs
- 1 x 5kW heavy-duty induction stockpot hob
- 5 x Double French Planchas
- 2 x Salamanders – CI-SAL01
- 2 x Twin pan, 2 basket fryers
- 1 x Single pan, 1 basket fryer
- 1 x Finishing oven
- 1 x Single refrigeration drawer
