This uniquely designed wall suite was installed in 2019 at Purslane, Edinburgh. The kitchen was tiny and uniquely shaped, and we wanted to ensure we maximised the output they could achieve from the space available.
It contains:
- 1 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable
- 2 x 3kW medium-duty induction hobs
- 1 x Double French Plancha
- 1 x Finishing oven
- 1 x Chefs high pot filling tap
- 1 x Hand wash sink and mixer tap
