This wall suite was installed in late 2023 for Chef Tom Sellers at MICHELIN 2 star-rated Restaurant Story commissioned by Nelson Bespoke Commercial Kitchens. It contains:
- 1 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-tops, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
- 1 x 6.5kW hot plate
- 2 x Foster fridges
- 1 x Clifton water bath
- 1 x Konro grill
- 1 x Rational XS
- 1 x Chef high pot filling tap
