This wall suite was installed in late 2022 for Tom Simmons at his home town restaurant in Pontcanna Street, Cardiff. It contains:

  • 1 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
  • 1 x 14kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
  • 2 x 5kW heavy-duty induction hobs
  • 1 x Single French Planchas
  • 1 x Twin tank, two basket fryer
  • 2 x double refrigerated drawers
  • 1 x Salamander - CI-SAL01
  • 1 x Chefs high pot filling tap
