The Saltdean Lido peninsular suite, commissioned by Commercial Catering Contracts Ltd, was installed in January 2024. It contains:

  • 2 x 10kW Slider® induction solid-top, where the whole zone is active with all but the perimeter being cookable on
  • 2 x 3kW medium-duty induction hobs
  • 2 x Single French Planchas
  • 1 x Salamander – CI-SAL01
  • 2 x 11.4kW Twin tank, double basket fryer
  • 1 x 11kW Single tank, one basket fryer
  • 2 x Single fridge drawers
