This island suite was created to maximise productivity in the kitchen, designed to have multiple chefs working at the same time with clear sections. A cut out along the workbench section of the suite allowed us to wrap the stove around an existing service column in the kitchen. This U-shaped suite contains:

  • 8 x 3kW medium-duty induction hobs
  • 2 x Salamanders – CI-SAL01
  • 3 x Single fridge drawers
  • 1 x Robarta grill
  • 2 x Single French Planchas
  • 2 x 15kW single tank, one basket fryer
  • 1 x 15kW twin tank, double basket fryer
