This wall suite, commissioned by Commercial Catering Contracts Ltd, was installed on heavy duty castors to make it easy to move, helping keep the kitchen clean. It contains:

  • 4 x 3kW medium-duty induction hobs
  • 1 x Single French Plancha
  • 2 x 11kW twin tank, double basket fryers
  • 1 x Salamander – CI-SAL01
  • 1 x Blue Seal finishing oven
