This large island suite was installed in 2022 for The Hut on the Isle of Wight. It contains:

- 2 x Twin pan fryers
- 2 x Large single pan fryers
- 2 x Small single pan fryers
- 1 x Quad refrigerator drawers
- 1 x Single refrigerator drawer
- 1 x Heated gantry
- 1 x Handwash sink & sensor tap
- 1 x Prep sink & tap
