  • 1 x Single French Plancha
  • 1 x Heated drawers - CI-GN2
  • 1 x Finishing oven
  • 1 x Twin tank, 2 basket fryer
  • 1 x Salamander - CI-SAL01
  • 1 x Chefs high pot filling tap
  • 2 x 1/1 GN Wells
