*ELECTRICAL MONITORING TEST - £250+VAT (Refundable on order) -This test involves fitting a small device within your mains board allowing us to analyse your present energy use to assess how much available power you have, so we can advise how much power you’ll need depending on your plans, venue, numbers, menu etc.
Reducing energy peaks and correctly estimating energy usage in kitchens is critical. Electricians and FM people are often cautious and over specific in power requirements, but its rare to use all electrical equipment at 100% all of the time. The downside is this caution comes at a cost, that is either borne by the energy consumer when they install an unnecessary power upgrade, or, it stops a project that was viable going ahead.
